Terms of Service
These Terms govern your use of Closer, including its connected inbox, CRM, AI-assisted sales and scheduling features.
1. Agreement
By accessing or using Closer, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use Closer for a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization.
2. Closer service
Closer is a sales productivity and intelligence application that can connect supported inboxes and CRMs, consolidate sales context, identify next actions, prepare AI-assisted drafts, schedule approved work and write approved updates back to supported services.
Closer is not the system of record for every connected service. You remain responsible for reviewing material CRM records, communications and commercial commitments.
3. Your connected accounts
You may connect third-party services only when you are authorized to access and use them. You are responsible for maintaining permissions, complying with third-party terms, and ensuring that your use of Closer and connected data is lawful.
4. AI-assisted features
AI-generated recommendations, classifications and drafts can be incomplete or incorrect. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it or sending it. Closer is designed to keep outbound communication human-approved or previously approved for scheduled execution, but you remain responsible for the content and timing of communications sent from your accounts.
5. Acceptable use
You may not use Closer to violate law, infringe rights, send unlawful or deceptive communications, distribute malware, bypass access controls, harass recipients, conduct prohibited surveillance, or access accounts or data without authorization. You are responsible for complying with applicable marketing, privacy, anti-spam and communications laws.
6. Subscriptions and billing
Closer is a paid service with no permanent free tier. Launch pricing may be offered at $20 per month or $200 per year, subject to the price displayed at purchase. App Store purchases may be billed in local currency and are governed by the applicable store's billing terms.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before renewal. If purchased through Apple, you manage cancellation and renewal through your Apple ID subscription settings. Taxes may apply. Promotional, launch or grandfathered pricing may change for future billing periods where permitted by applicable law and after required notice.
7. Availability and integrations
We work to keep Closer reliable but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Third-party APIs, quotas, permissions, outages and product changes can affect features. We may modify or discontinue integrations when necessary for security, compliance or technical reasons.
8. Data and ownership
You retain your rights in the business information and content you provide or connect to Closer. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that information to provide, secure and support the service. Closer and its software, design, branding and underlying technology remain protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.
9. Account suspension and termination
You may stop using Closer and, where available, delete your account in the app. We may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for security, abuse, legal compliance, nonpayment or material breach of these Terms.
10. Disclaimers
Closer is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee sales results, revenue, conversion, deliverability, AI accuracy or the continued availability of any third-party integration.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Closer and the entity publishing it will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost opportunities or loss of data arising from use of the service. Where liability cannot be excluded, aggregate liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Closer during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We may update these Terms as the service changes. Material changes will be reflected by a new effective date and, when required, additional notice.
